If you want to reduce weight, there certainly is only just 1 option to be able to complete doing it in my own viewpoint - HULA HOOPING. Scientific study is at present being carried out inside the America to prove that repeated hooping boosts core muscle, flexibility, posture, cardiovascular health and strengthens back muscles. In addition to these fantastic results, it is fun to perform and a excellent stress reducer! In some other thoughts, hooping is actually a 100 % body and mind work out, no wonder it appears in the list of best ten ways to get in shape! Running, biking and classic physical exercise machines such as fitness treadmills and stair-climbers load the body in one, constant direction. The body soon gets used to the challenge, will go into auto pilot and uses less energy and fewer muscles, eventually reducing the effectiveness of the exercise. Hooping, however, is actually unpredictable, irregularly loading the body and making it constantly alter and create the body shift in diverse directions. As a result each and every hooping session is a fresh, challenging exercise.

It took about a week to receive it. Easy to put together...just needed to see the pictures because there weren't any instructions in the box. Not as good as the linear bearing models but very close. Sticks a little bit on the hooks..... so I used some wd40 on it and no problems. You also need to spray some lemon funiture spray on the bars to have it go up and down freely. It has an olympic and a 1" standard weight sleeves. I have only standard weights. It took about an hour to put together. The bar weighs 57 pounds so you may need to order an adapter to counter balance from New york Barbell if you can't lift the bar plus the weight you will be using. You do need some weights or sand bags to stable the smith machine so it will not slide forward towards the wall or lift up when doing feet forward squats while not standing on top of the black floor plate. A very stable and sturdy smith machine if you do what I suggest. A good investment for the amount of money it is advertised.

Cheaply made. Previous model was much better quality with heavier components. This model dug into my hamstrings when attempting leg extensions. I didn't bother trying other exercises after that. Waste of money.
<br />Previous model was great, but they don't make it any longer.

This is a good leg machine for the money. It can hold about 130lbs of weight and seem like it will handle that without breaking. The leg pads are foam, so they may wear faster than a higher quality pad over time (but can be replaced easily). Also, there is no olympic plate adaptor that comes with the bench. The angles are perfect for leg curls and the machine is relatively compact. For leg extensions it is pretty good as well, although the handles are a little bit too far forward. But, with all that said, I am very satisified and hope to use the machine for years to come.
